Doug is obsessed with all things digital art. His happy place is in photoshop creating marketing graphics that get his clients excited about their business. With a strong focus on original custom graphics and interface useability, Doug will be the lead on your graphic design or web design project. He will answer your questions, coordinate photo shoots, and white glove the final product to ensure you get a great design and effective marketing tool.
When he isn’t reading Smashing Magazine or studying the most recent award winning design work, he can be found attempting to fish and or hunt. He is terrible at both and is often mocked by one of his three children for never “catching” anything. He met his wife Julie while he was stationed at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar.
Mark became professionally involved in web design in 1996. He is a Fine Art nut and holds a piece of paper to prive it. He was a Fine Art major at Ball State University (Muncie, IN).
His artwork has been featured in numerous shows throughout the Midwest and East Coast. But his desire to put together complex and web sites and databases makes him our technical director. With advanced training/certifications in HTML, CSS and design, Mark has worked extensively as a project manager with a massive understanding of the web as a whole. From tricky backends to Social Media and Search Engine Marketing, Mark can help make sure that your site not only works, but will be visible to the Internet world.
I’ve been involved with the technology field since 1997. I started working with Mark at Visionary Web Design actually at his house. We worked on a travel website called Carriage Travel. My job was a lot of data entry, adding pictures etc. My degree is in Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology from IPFW in Fort Wayne, Indiana. After I’ve graduated I went to work for Mark and Christina’s company, Visionary Web. I’ve worked full time at Visionary Web since 2003 where I’m the lead developer. I wear many hats at Visionary. Some of my tasks deal with web/email hosting, installing content management systems, SEO optimization, adding content to pages, etc.
When I’m not at work I’m enjoying spending time with my wife, Erin and our two sons, Oliver and Cooper.
Scott will provide the dynamic interaction needed for your website. By working with cutting-edge programming languages and tools, Scott will make sure your website runs smoothly. Scott holds a BS in Computer Science from Indiana Tech. He also has completed his CMDBA certification (mySQL Database Administration).
